Return & Refund Policy
1. Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product you received is defective, damaged, or not as described.
The wrong product or size was delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
You must provide photos or video proof of the issue (for verification with our supplier).
Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item to our local address or directly to the supplier (depending on your case).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of dropshipping and international supply chains, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Products delivered as described but you changed your mind.
Items damaged due to misuse after delivery.
Sale, clearance, or promotional items.
Personal or hygiene-related items (e.g., beauty, skincare, undergarments).
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and verified by our supplier:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
In some cases, store credit may be offered instead of a cash refund.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except where the issue is our mistake (e.g., wrong or defective product).
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a full refund.
Once it is shipped, we cannot cancel or refund until it arrives and is verified for a return reason.
