1. How can I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Trove Heap.


2. How long will delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.


3. How can I track my order?

You can track your order using your tracking number on our Track Order page or by contacting our support team at trobeheap@gmail.com.


4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery, Credit/Debit Cards, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.


5. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing the issue.


6. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes. Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.


7. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we deliver only within Pakistan, but we’re working on expanding internationally soon. 🌍
